Before becoming ClearTech’s Service Manager, Matt Sher worked as an installer, service technician and AV support coordinator. Each position gave him progressively greater insight into the unique needs of each client, and how to layer ClearTech’s expertise into an enterprise’s larger technology infrastructure. When it comes to meeting our clients’ needs, “You can’t just pay lip service to providing support,” says Matt. “The client has to SEE that you’re as invested as they are in resolving the issue. So, on top of everything else, my position demands a real problem-solving mentality.” Matt’s commitment to providing outstanding service, coupled with his passion for electronics, machinery and technology, has won raves from clients and coworkers alike.
